Property Form E9

Every individual person, regardless his/her tax residence, from the moment he/she owns a property in Greece, is obligated to declare the property through the electronic system by submitting E9 form.

You are obligated to update your property status only if you have changes in your property status. 

Special rules for certain cases, starting from 2015:

Any acquisition of property from inheritance, has to be declared within five (5) or thirteen (13) months from the date of death or the published testament (hence within one month from the last date of denial inheritance) or, if there is an inheritance acceptance one (1) month the official date.

E9 forms for individuals that passed away, are submitted by hand copy directly to the tax authorities from their inheritors.

Every late change or new input inside the system, has a fine of 100 euro.
