• Purchase of vehicle, boat, helicopter etc.
• Start up or participate in any kind of business in Greece.
• Start renting the property.
• Moving to Greece Permanent.
• Changes on property status.
• Changes of passports.
• Changes on marital status (marriage, divorce, deaths etc).
