Tax Rates on Rentals

The following tax table is valid from 1.1.2016 on property rentals.

Income	Tax Rate
0-12,000 €	15%
12.001 – 35.000 €	35 %
> 35.001 €	45 %

The above gross income is taxed after a fixed 5% deduction for general expenses of the property.
